The Business Friday Workbox® was designed to externalize the executive functions of our brain with visual cues for our work.  This is accomplished by first identifying our thoughts as information that is composed of ideas, to-dos, and routine tasks. All of these thoughts are captured in written form so they can be sorted and containerized. 

The Friday Workbox® divides these tasks into 4 kinds of work - new projects/ products, current projects/products, team communication & professional development, and routine job description tasks. This common understanding of the  kinds of work aids team discussions and makes each kind of work more tangible. 

Companies will benefit by learning and using a system that is repeatable, not only for each position, but for each team.  And within this system, there is a shared language that all team members will understand regardless of their individual work.  When this happens, team goals and projects will be easier to prioritize as well as move through the company.

By focusing and prioritizing the last 90-minutes of the workweek in dedicated planning time, employees learn to look ahead and plan for the next week. Allowing for reviewing of the current week’s work and creating a plan so that when they begin the next week, they won’t waste time planning for the week because the next week’s plan was already created.

The weekly habit of taking time to conduct weekly planning and focusing on the next thing that needs to be done is how naturally organized employees move projects forward towards completion.

The Private Business Friday Workbox® Coaching Program includes the materials necessary to use the system to its fullest potential with virtual live onboarding sessions, replays of the sessions, as well as four quarterly planning days.  We know that during the year there is seasonal work and have designed this program to reflect this and equip companies to review each quarter in real time with the Friday Workbox® Planning Days.

The content will be delivered live with a Friday Workbox® Certified Coach in a private zoom meeting.

Who will be our onboarding coach?

Your onboarding coach will be one of our Friday Workbox® Certified Coaches.

What if I can't make a session?

Your live coaching sessions will be recorded and the replay will be hosted on the Organize 365© website in a private slash pocket for your company.

How long will we have access to our content?

You will have access to your training content for 30 days after your program ends.

How do we get Personal Development hours?

These Personal Development hours are not accredited hours.  However, these hours can be used for the unassigned or external hours allowed by your profession.  Upon completion of the program and attending a live Organize 365® Friday Workbox® Planning Day, we will provide a certificate of completion.

What is the difference between the Public Friday Workbox® Planning Day and the Semi-Private Friday Workbox® Planning Day?
  • The Organize 365® Public Friday Workbox® Planning Day is attended by anyone who has a Friday Workbox® and signs up.
