My original license code no longer works.

I've just tried to enter the license code that I received when I purchased Organize365 8 months ago, but it won't work. Am I doing something wrong? What do I do now?

When we issue license codes those codes are only valid for a limited amount of time, after which they will no longer work.  You then need to contact us for new license codes which we will promptly send you via email.

The reason why our codes are designed to only work for a limited amount of time is to minimize the risk of software piracy, where one user purchases a license, and then gives that license code to a friend, who gives it to another friend, etc.

Simply email us and ask for a new license code and we will send one to you.
