Hi Joe.

That's an unspecified installer error.

Please could you run the installer with the "/E" command line switch. From the command line, you would launch "jpimsetup.exe /E". Let me know if you need help with that.

Run the installer until you get the error message, then close it.

Then in "C:\" you should find a file called "sbevents.txt".  This is a log file created by the installer which should shed some light on the problem.  Please email it to us for analysis.
